Leading Croatian agencies, developers and investors gathered on Friday, May 27 and Saturday, May 28 in Opatija, at the first specialized real estate fair Adriatic Expo.
More than 1,000 properties as well as current residential projects and projects in tourism sector were presented at the fair, and a conference called "Real Estate Trends" was held. As the largest agency, Remax Centar Nekretnina also participated in the fair. Local experts from the area of Istria, Zagreb and Kvarner presented RCN's offer of interesting investments and real estate. All eyes were on RCN Expo Corner because of design of the stand, which had a spectacular view of Opatija and the largest LED Display.
Adriatic Expo is conceived as a unique place where visitors have the opportunity to find out everything they are interested in when it comes to real estate investments. There is a personal meeting with agencies that can advise them on the purchase or sale of real estate or take over the management of these affairs. Consulting companies, as well as those companies dealing with real estate management and maintenance, presented themselves, so the fair was an opportunity for new business and contacts, creating a clearer picture of the state of the market and current trends.

At the first panel that dealt with Croatia's entry into the Eurozone, experts assessed that Croatia's entry into the Eurozone will not bring major changes to the real estate market.
